Mulligan sleeps with Kyle and me.... by our feet, under the covers. At 6:19 I heard dry heaving.. he got booted out of bed and then blah. Needless to say it was an easy throw up to clean up since it was rocks and more rocks.
The vet of course wanted to see him. $175 & 1 x-ray later we learned that Mull "dodged the bullet" and that rocks in the intestines = surgery. ....yeah, we couldn't have afforded that so luckily he puked them all up.
He is on playtime probation. We watch him like a hawk now. Oh dog.

your side bar mentions Mull eats walls. I have had a new puppy who eat molding drywall, paint, door frames, etc. Have you ever found a stop for this? I have an adult pit bull who never did stuff like this.
ReplyDeleteLuke! Sorry it has taken forever to write back! Yikes! We found that he was doing it while we were not home and it was separation anxiety. He just kinda stopped recently, but I have a guy who I work with and his labs ate the dry wall, he used bitter apple and tin foil. Good luck!!!
